    I've been emailing you over last 2days to cancel Order No.5369586 for €41.08 which you put through in error! I just rang the UK Customer Service line, only to be told by Niall that he can't do anything?? I ONLY need Order No.5369756 total €35.18! Please HELP as soon as you can

    When i print my return off, for the order number, do i put u order number or product code? Also how would u know what product i want to return?

    I haven’t received the delivery yet. My order number is 5951175 . And also I received a email from Royal Mail the delivery has been made today. Can someone respond me what is going on. I ordered it for my partner to give him on the Valentine’s Day and it’s my first order from fragrance direct and I am very much disappointed what is happening with the delivery.
    I need to know what is happening when I pay for the delivery to receive it within 2-3 days and I still have no idea what is going on.
